Now Accepting Applications

We are now accepting Early Head Start & Head Start applications on-site for our waitlist and available openings as they arise.

Date: Wednesday, April 15th
Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: 24044 US-98, Fairhope

Our advocates will be on-site to help families complete applications.

No documents? No problem. Come anyway — we’ll help you complete your application.

Ages 0–5 may qualify
No-cost program

Please bring the following if available:
• Photo ID
• Proof of income (pay stub, tax form, or statement)
• Child’s birth certificate
• Insurance card

If applicable:
• Proof of pregnancy
• SNAP, WIC, TANF, or SSI documentation
• Foster care or disability documents

If you walked into GRECS today, you’d find something special: rooms full of educators learning, building, and preparing for what’s next.

Our Early Head Start teachers explored nature-based learning through our Rooted in Nature grant with PNC Grow Up Great Foundation.
On the other side of the building, future CDA candidates worked closely with our PD team on portfolios and next steps.

Even on days when classrooms and programs are closed, learning and growth stay at the center of everything we do. 🌿💫
