We are now accepting Early Head Start & Head Start applications on-site for our waitlist and available openings as they arise.

Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: 24044 US-98, Fairhope

Our advocates will be on-site to help families complete applications.

No documents? No problem. Come anyway — we’ll help you complete your application.

Ages 0–5 may qualify
No-cost program

Please bring the following if available:
• Photo ID
• Proof of income (pay stub, tax form, or statement)
• Child’s birth certificate
• Insurance card

If applicable:
• Proof of pregnancy
• SNAP, WIC, TANF, or SSI documentation
• Foster care or disability documents

Fall fun has been in full swing at GRECS Early Learning Center Fairhope. From pumpkin painting to discovering hay bales, we are embracing the season with creativity, learning, and relationship building.

Each day at Early Learning Center Fairhope we are reminded that investing in early learning is investing in the future! A strong foundation in the early years sets the stage for lifelong success. We want to commit to making sure every child gets a head start on their educational journey.

So much fun creating with our families today at GRECS ELC Fairhope! Thankful the families were able to spend time with their children making bird houses.

We know that parent involvement in children’s educational experiences helps children reach their full potential.

Memories were made that can last a lifetime. Spending quality time with your child makes a difference.

We wrapped up the Week of the Young Child 2024 celebrating our families. We are so thankful for all of the families and the impact they have on their children’s lives. Their involvement contributes to more meaningful and lasting relationships and impacts children’s success. Their support truly makes all the difference! What a wonderful way to end the Week of the Young Child 2024!
