FACULTY HIGHLIGHT | JEROMI ROGERS
We’re excited to highlight Jeromi Rogers, who serves as Director of Facilities at Bayshore Christian School’s Upper School and as an Assistant Wrestling Coach.
Originally from Canton, Ohio, Jeromi has built his life around faith, service, leadership, and mentoring young people. After high school, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Rifleman and Security Forces Marine, experiences that helped shape the discipline, perseverance, and servant leadership he now brings to Bayshore.
Following his military service, Jeromi worked in the electrical motor and transformer industry while coaching wrestling at the high school level in Ohio. After moving to Mobile with his wife, Jen, in 2023, he continued coaching before eventually joining the Bayshore community.
Jeromi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management through Oklahoma State University. He is passionate about Christian education and particularly values the opportunity to use wrestling to teach students lessons that extend far beyond the mat—discipline, perseverance, character, and faith.
Jeromi and Jen are active members of South Coast Church and proud dog parents to Jeter, their black Lab, and Jac, their Labradoodle. And his Ohio roots still run deep—he’s an avid Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Guardians fan, with the Oklahoma State Cowboys now in the mix too!
We’re grateful for the many ways Jeromi serves our students and school each day and are thankful to have him as part of the Bayshore community!
