Senior Spotlight | Andrew Hope
Andrew Hope has attended Bayshore Christian School for 5 years and plans to attend Mississippi State University to study Agribusiness. Andrew is a member of Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church. While at BCS, he competed in football, soccer, basketball, swimming, wrestling, and bowling, and served as captain of the varsity football and soccer teams. He also received the 2025 Football Captain Award and was involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Andrew enjoys hunting, boating, and trucks, and his favorite Bible verse is Romans 12:2.
Senior Spotlight | Sarah Jackson
Sarah Jackson has attended Bayshore Christian School for 3 years and plans to attend Auburn University. Sarah attends Faith Family Fellowship. While at BCS, she was involved in theater, Mobile Ballet, and Mu Alpha Theta. She enjoys art, reading, and piano, and her favorite Bible verse is 1 John 4:18.
Senior Spotlight | Jeffrey Johnson
Jeffrey Johnson has attended Bayshore Christian School for 10 years and plans to attend Samford University to major in Business Finance. Jeffrey attends Calvary Chapel and has been part of the church for 11 years. While at BCS, he competed in cross country for 4 years, bowling for 5 years, and tennis for 5 years. Jeffrey earned numerous honors, including National Merit Commended Scholar, CLT10 Regional Scholar Award, the Maxwell Award, Latin Area Award, and 2nd Place in the George S. & Stella M. Knight Essay Contest. He also served as a BCS Ambassador, President of the Robotics Club, FCA Worship Director, and ensemble TA. Jeffrey was involved in the Investing Club, Service Choir, theater, Mu Alpha Theta, FCA, YAF, and Robotics Club. He enjoys piano, tennis, running, singing, reading, and writing, and his favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7. Jeffrey shared that education is fun when teachers enjoy teaching, and he is thankful for the many teachers who made his years at Bayshore enjoyable and meaningful.
Senior Spotlight | Mary Frances Key
Mary Frances Key has attended Bayshore Christian School for 9 years and plans to attend University of Alabama to major in Hospitality and Marketing. Mary Frances attends St. Francis at the Point and has been part of the church for 3 years. While at BCS, she competed in cross country for 4 years, volleyball for 3 years, and tennis and cheer for 1 year each. She also served as a House Captain and was involved as a Distinguished Young Women participant and Girls State Delegate. Mary Frances enjoys playing tennis, going out to eat, watching movies, and spending time on the bay, and her favorite Bible verse is Acts 3:19-20. She added, “Thanks for the forks Mrs. Werneth!!”
