Congratulations to the Baldwin County students who successfully completed the 2026 NextGen Docs Summer Program at Thomas Hospital!

Over the past two weeks, these Baldwin County high school students gained firsthand exposure to the world of medicine through physician mentorship, hands-on clinical observation, educational seminars and interactions with healthcare professionals across our hospital.

Designed to spark curiosity, build confidence and provide real-world insight into becoming a physician, the NextGen Docs program helps inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders right here in our community.

We are proud of these students for their dedication and enthusiasm, and we look forward to seeing where their healthcare journeys take them next!
