A wonderful year end adventureβa nature scavenger hunt! πΏπ
Armed with observation skills, curiosity, and a love of the outdoors, our children searched for leaves, flowers, textures, and treasures hidden throughout nature. This joyful activity celebrated so many of the skills they have developed this year: concentration, independence, problem-solving, and a deep appreciation for the natural world.

We learned about fire safety, explored the fire trucks and even practiced with the fire hoses. π¦ Experiences like these bring learning to life and help the children build confidence, curiosity and connection to the world around them. β€οΈ

Thereβs nothing quite as magical as watching transformation happen right before our eyes. ππ¦ Our classroom caterpillars have given the children a hands-on opportunity to observe the butterfly life cycle from tiny caterpillar, to chrysalis, to beautiful butterfly. Through daily observation and gentle care, the children are building patience, wonder and a deeper connection to the world.

Montessori Color Tablets π¨ help children learn to recognize and match colors while building focus and attention to detail. As they work with different shades, they begin to notice small differences and develop a stronger sense of observation. Itβs a simple activity that helps children see the world more carefully. π
