Meet Coach Ethan Hullum! 🦅

Coach Hullum will be serving as a 6th and 8th Grade Social Studies Teacher and Coach at Fairfield Junior High for the 2026-2027 school year.

After joining Fairfield ISD last year as a paraprofessional, Coach Hullum is beginning his first year as a teacher and coach. He attended Sam Houston State University.

"I am excited to start my first year of coaching and teaching and helping the next generation of students and athletes," Coach Hullum shared.

Coach Hullum looks forward to inspiring students on and off the field and helping them reach new heights. He especially enjoys the different personalities and humor students bring each day.

Outside of school, Coach Hullum enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends. He is engaged to his fiancée, Lauryl.

We're excited to see Coach Hullum continue making an impact on Fairfield ISD students! 🦅

Fairfield High School Parking Update

With construction of the new Fairfield High School beginning September 1, construction fencing is now in place around the project site. This will impact some previously used parking areas and pedestrian routes.

Please review the updated parking information and map before attending events at Fairfield High School.

FHS Pep Rallies
Guests attending pep rallies may park in the Auditorium parking spaces or the South Parking Lot between Fairfield High School and Fairfield Junior High.

During school hours, the Senior Parking Lot is reserved for staff and senior students.

Volleyball & Basketball Games
For events at the Johnson Activity Center held outside regular school hours, guests should use the Johnson Activity Center entrance facing the Senior Parking Lot.

Parking is available in:
• Senior Parking Lot
• Auditorium parking spaces
• South Parking Lot between FHS and FJH

Football Games

Home Fan Parking: The primary parking area for home fans is the grassy area behind the home bleachers. This area may be accessed from Eagle Crossing/Oak Street or through two entrances on the north end from City Park.

Fans parking behind the home bleachers will enter the stadium near the concession stand.

The South Parking Lot will also be available for overflow home parking. Fans parking there may enter the stadium from the south side.

Handicap & Senior Citizen Parking: The gravel parking area behind the football field concession stand is reserved for handicap parking and senior citizens.

Visitor Parking: Visitor parking is located in the South Parking Lot between Fairfield High School and Fairfield Junior High.

Varsity Football Golf Cart Service: During varsity football games, golf cart shuttle service will be available to assist guests with transportation from designated parking areas to the stadium entrance.

Big news for Texas classrooms and families! 📢 Take Care of Texas is thrilled to share a sneak peek at this year's Take Care of Texas Art Contest.
Starting this October, they are officially expanding the program to include all students in grades K-12! This means middle and high school students can now participate alongside elementary grade levels, giving older youth a platform to combine creative expression with environmental stewardship.
