We had a great time reading 1000 names of Shani on Saturday, May 16. We had a great turn out, including several former and current students online. We were happy to have students Zach Simone and Sergei Fefelov in attendance!

We were thrilled on Tuesday to see our former member Anders Pecore return to Sanskrit Club. He is returning to MIU after a short break and plans to work towards a masters in Conscousness and Human Potential. We’re happy to have you back, Anders!

Elizabeth Watson is in our Sanskrit alphabet group. She is working her way through “Learning the Sanskrit Alphabet” by Thomas Egenes and doing a magnificent job. She is in her 3rd year working toward a BA in Ayurvedic Wellness at MIU. Next fall she wants to begin a masters in aromatherapy.

Bennet Strauch graduated from MIU in June. He majored in computer science and is planning to go to TTC in Thailand in October. He has been attending Sanskrit Club on a regular basis for several months and enjoys reading the Bhagavad Gita with us.
