Our Improv Team members were rockstars leading those middle schoolers through warm ups and skill building games. Hoping to make it an annual thing! 🥰💜💛🎭

In April, Armijo High School sent 14 students from their Improv Team to visit Crystal Middle School — to lead a fun-filled improv workshop for more than 50 of their students! This collaboration brought fun theatre games and creative storytelling, and students learned the art of pantomime, and so much more.

Ms. Jackson, the theatre teacher at Crystal Middle School, and Ms. Beeson, the performing arts teacher at Armijo High have been working together this school year to promote performing arts in their community and encourage the students at the middle school level to grow their performance skills. This exciting partnership builds student confidence across both campuses — and it’s just the beginning!
