And just like that, our 2025–2026 school year is done! What an amazing year full of play, growth, exploration, connection, and joy. For those moving on, how we’ll miss you and can’t wait to hear about your next adventures. For those we’ll see in the fall, we can’t wait to be reunited again! Our GHCNS faculty feels such immense gratitude for your support throughout the year. We’ll be around all summer and look forward to seeing many of you again in the fall! 💙

Summer Fun is really just more time for PLAY! ☀️

A pirate, a scientist, a mom, a mechanic… the possibilities are endless in dramatic play! 🏴‍☠️👷🏼‍♀️🤓👩🏻‍🍼Through imaginative play, children step into different roles, try on new perspectives, and explore the world around them. Whether they’re caring for a baby, fixing a car, sailing the seas, or making a scientific discovery, they’re building creativity, confidence, communication skills, and empathy along the way.

Play is how children make sense of life……and in dramatic play, they can be whoever they dream of being. ✨💭

There’s something magical about sunshine, fresh air, and children at play. ☀️💛🤩

A year of building at GHCNS is coming to an end….towers and castles built block by block, friendships formed, confidence strengthened, independence blossomed, and so much growth in every way…even physically! ✨

Teddy Bear Picnic! 🧺🧸 Mrs. O’Brien’s PreK children planned their perfect picnic from start to finish — making sandwiches, drawing portraits of their special bears, and setting off on their adventure together! A simple day filled with imagination, creativity, friendship, and so much joy. 🤗

While the world outside is blooming, the children are learning to admire flowers where they belong — growing in nature and helping provide food for the bees and other pollinators. 🌸🐝 But that certainly doesn’t stop the curiosity and wonder that flowers inspire! Pretend flowers offer endless opportunities for rich learning and imaginative play. A beautiful way to bring the joy of the season indoors while continuing to nurture creativity, connection, and care for the natural world. 💐🌷🌼

Friendships made at GHCNS warm our hearts! 🤗💗 There’s nothing sweeter than the joy of childhood friendships…. shared smiles, silly moments, helping hands, and the comfort of having a friend by your side. 💛
