Happy International Day of Peace from Brain Boost! In honor of today, we would like to share a FREE event and resource. As CEO, I value mental health and practice self care. One of my favorite practices is Heartfulness meditation because of how grounded I feel after doing at least 5 minutes of meditation.
Please join Heartfulness tonight at 9pm in their meditation to honor this holiday. Throughout the school year, Brain Boost plans on hosting FREE meditation sessions as a community event to ensure our families are practicing self care.
