During these classes, students will learn to program their very own projects and develop skills that will help them in the future. We also offer Friday workshops in the afternoon called The Fun Factory, where kids can learn programming and design in a fun and exciting way. Happy International Day of Peace from Brain Boost! In honor of today, we would like to share a FREE event and resource. As CEO, I value mental health and practice self care. One of my favorite practices is Heartfulness meditation because of how grounded I feel after doing at least 5 minutes of meditation.

Please join Heartfulness tonight at 9pm in their meditation to honor this holiday. Throughout the school year, Brain Boost plans on hosting FREE meditation sessions as a community event to ensure our families are practicing self care.

If you are interested or would like more information, please visit heartfulness.org.
