Advancing the two greatest commandments in the life of each student. www.restorationacademy.org

Restoration Academy is a non-profit Christian school situated in Fairfield, Alabama. We are called to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love others as ourselves. We want our students to learn to love God with their minds: We work individually with students, believing that each child is a unique creation of God designed to learn about the world He created. We want our students to learn to love God with their strength: Our students are exposed to a variety of ways to love God with their physical bodies and gifts. We provide a wide array sports and out-of-school activities which get our students moving! We want our students to learn to love God with their hearts: Our students are regularly exposed to the love of God through Bible class, small groups, bi-weekly chapels, and ongoing discipleship. We desire that each of our students will come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior and to grow in their relationship with Him. We want our students to learn to love their neighbor: Our students are given opportunities to serve their community, their peers, and their school. We also seek to provide annual mission trips during the summer for some of our high school students. We desire our students to continue to see themselves as agents of peace, hope, and change in the world around them. Restoration Academy is accredited with Cognia, formally AdvancED, and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Our seniors recently took their government class beyond the classroom and into Fairfield City Hall for a mock city council meeting! Students had the opportunity to step into the roles of council members, discuss community issues, and get a firsthand look at how local government works.

A special thank you to Mayor Carnes and the City of Fairfield for welcoming our students and giving them this opportunity to experience local government firsthand!

Eight RA high school students recently had the opportunity to experience Chicago through a special trip with Cultivating Hope Foundation.

The trip blended education, career exposure, college exploration, and cultural experiences. Students visited AON, a global company, heard from inspiring leaders, toured a college campus, met the Wheaton College president, attended a lecture, and explored the history and culture of Chicago.

Lots of fun memories were made along the way, including a Cubs game at Wrigley Field, a river cruise, a visit to Chinatown, shopping along the Magnificent Mile, and navigating traveling by multiple modes of transportation to and in the city by planes, trains, and automobiles.

Through experiences like these, Cultivating Hope encourages students to learn beyond the classroom, broaden their perspectives, and envision new possibilities for their future. We are so grateful for the incredible partnership we've had with Cultivating Hope Foundation over the years.

There’s nothing like the energy of the first week of school! 🖤🤍

Our students are happy.
Our teachers are invested.
Our community is strong.

Stepping into the 2026-2027 school year, our theme this year is "Raising the Standard," inspired by Colossians 3:17, "And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

Join us in praying for a safe and successful school year!
