Movement and Meditation is a class devoted to the experience of moving intentionally, in which we will weave together breath practices, energy work and asana, in a gentle but effective way of moving into deeper connection with Self.
Lots of juicy offerings this week! Doing some subbing here and there and Isabel is in town and will provide us with some sweet sounds for our Friday Happy Hour!

Join me this weekend for a different kind of Yoga class. Athleta is partnering up with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and offering free classes all month. I will be teaching my signature Yoga Mashup class at Athleta in Westport on Sunday October 9th at 9:45 am. You will get some asana, lots of joyous movement and even more FUN as we move, breathe together and raise the vibration to raise awareness for this great cause.

I have always loved exploring yoga with my daughter Isabel, whether it is on or off the mat, with poses, or sharing of other sorts. Isabel will still be away at school, but this Saturday, I will be at Kaia Yoga for a very special Mother's Day treat. Join me for my annual Mother/Daughter class in which you will move, breathe, dance and celebrate each other.
