[Meet The Brothers Pt 9]

First up we have our President, Collin MacLeod, who’s from Kennebunk, Maine. He’s a senior majoring in Sport Communications & Media, who’s interning at NBC Sports this year. He plays a crucial role in representing the chapter and leading the guys in whatever is at hand. He was the 2025 Fraternity Man of the Year and is a 2x Brother of the Year for our chapter. Collin enjoys flag football, watching Boston sports, and hanging out with Matthew Renaghan

Last and definitely not least, we have Dimitry Wiech. He’s a senior Business Marketing major from Fairfield, CT. Meech is the pulse of our fraternity and brings energy everywhere he goes. Known for his grit in intramurals, passion for music, and ability to always have some fun, he’s someone who truly makes an impact wherever he goes. His girlfriend, Emmy, is also our chapters sweetheart. Meech is a priceless part of the brotherhood.

This week we have our current Executive Vice President, Zach Parker from Point Pleasant, NJ. Zach is a senior majoring in Finance and Economics. Zach was our former Vp of recruitment and current EVP. Zach is the definition of building the bridge for future generations of Betas. In his free time he enjoys golfing, playing guitar, rugby and spending time with his friends and family.

Next we have Anthony Lorenzetti from Scotch Plains, New Jersey.  Anthony is a sophomore Finance major at Sacred Heart University. In Beta he serves on the rush committee helping to bring in the upcoming classes. On campus Anthony also plays on the club hockey team. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and hanging out with friends.

[Meet The Brothers Pt 7]

First up we have Luke Pignataro from Cranston, Rhode Island. A junior Finance major with a minor in AI, he serves as Vice President of Finance, where he plays a key role in managing the chapter’s budget and finances. Outside of Beta, he plays on the club basketball team and is active in the Finance and AI Club. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and investing.

Next we have Jack Aloi from West Haven, Connecticut. Jack is a sophomore Criminal Justice major at Sacred Heart University. He currently serves as the Secretary of Internal Affairs for the Interfraternity Council and is representing the chapter at Beta Theta Pi’s General Convention in Ohio. On campus, Jack is a member of the Thomas More Honors Program and the Sacred Heart Club Hockey team. In his free time, he enjoys working out, and spending time with family and friends.

[General Convention 26] This past week three of our brothers traveled to Oxford, Ohio for Beta Theta Pi’s 187th General Convention at Miami University, where our fraternity was founded. Over four days they represented our chapter in legislative sessions voting on fraternity-wide policy, leadership and educational programming, ritual and history workshops that deepened their understanding of Beta’s founding and values, and brotherhood events with Betas from across the country.

We’re also proud to have brought home both the Sisson and Knox Awards. The Sisson recognizes chapters that meet a high standard across academics, recruitment, retention, leadership development, and financial health. The Knox goes a step further, honoring the top 5% of Beta chapters that exceed those marks with even higher benchmarks for GPA, member retention, and overall operations. Grateful to the brothers who represented us.

[Meet The Brothers Pt 6]

This week we have two current leaders in our fraternity who consistently make a huge impact on our brotherhood.

Up first we have Jake Bowab from Andover, Massachusetts. Jake is a Junior finance major and serves as our Vice President of Programming, where he plays a key role in planning and running our events throughout the year. At Sacred Heart he stays active playing intramural basketball, and in his free time you can usually find him out on the golf course.

Next we have Cohen Manekas from Agawam, Massachusetts. Cohen is a Senior business management major with a minor in real estate, and he serves as our Vice President of Education, helping guide new members and uphold the values of the fraternity. Outside of Beta he loves skiing and playing soccer, and he brings great energy to the brotherhood.

This week we have Sam Madden from Melrose, Massachusetts. Sam is a sophomore finance major who competes in Division 1 Track and Field here at Sacred Heart, specializing in the high jump with a personal best of 2.01 meters. Whether in the classroom or on the track, Sam embodies what it means to be a Beta, excelling in everything he puts his mind to. Outside of track he enjoys skiing, playing guitar, and going to the gym.

Next we have Malik Spaloss from Quincy, Massachusetts. Malik is a junior sports management major. At Sacred Heart he plays club lacrosse and serves on the education and rush committees, and he aspires to run for an eboard position in the next round of elections.

This week we have Joe Blaine from Bedford, New Hampshire. Joe is a junior neuroscience major on the pre-PA track and runs his own freelance business back home. Within Beta he serves as Scholarship Chair and sits on the rush, social, and education committee. Outside of Beta he enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and listening to music. Joe is also big into Boston sports.

Next we have Brody. Brody is a sophomore biology major also on the pre-PA track. Within Beta he serves as Recruitment Chair and Scholarship Chair assuming a lot of responsibility. Outside of fraternity life he plays club hockey at SHU. He enjoys listening to music and hanging out with friends.

[Meet The Brothers Pt 3] This week we have one student-athlete over achiever and one promising future leader.

First up we have Noah Kabel from Swampscott, Massachusetts. Noah is a junior political science major with a business law minor. He runs Division 1 Track and Field here at Sacred Heart, competing in the 400 hurdles and the decathlon. Outside of track he enjoys playing golf and basketball.

Next we have Aidan Cousineau from Lakeville, Massachusetts. Aidan is a sophomore finance major. Within Beta he serves as Rush Chair, Brotherhood Chair, and handles Rush Video, and plays LUG hockey here at Sacred Heart. Outside of that he enjoys playing golf, hanging out with friends, watching sports, photography, and videography.

First we have Lu Salvatore from Ocean Township, New Jersey. Lu is a rising junior finance major who serves as our Chair for Recruitment and Programming, where he takes a hands-on role in shaping events and bringing in new members. Outside of Beta he enjoys going to the gym and long walks on the beach.

Up next we have Matthew Earner from Milton, Massachusetts. Matthew is a rising junior marketing major who keeps things light around the chapter. Outside of Beta he enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and watching Boston sports.
