🎉 Please join us in welcoming Josh Monson as our new CCP Business Class teacher! 🎉
Josh serves as an Assistant Professor of Business Economics at the University of Cincinnati, where he teaches courses in business, management, information systems, and entrepreneurship. He is passionate about helping students develop the confidence, critical-thinking skills, and practical experience needed to succeed in college, their careers, and their communities.
Josh brings that same passion to CCS, where he will help our students explore business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-world problem-solving through a distinctly Christian worldview.
Josh and his wife, Tricia, have been married for 20 years. Tricia is a proud CCS alumna, and their family is deeply connected to our school. Together, they are raising four children who currently attend CCS.
He is also passionate about mentoring young people through athletics. Over the years, he has coached volleyball, basketball, and soccer, using sports to teach teamwork, perseverance, character, and leadership.
As a first-generation college student who took a nontraditional path to his career, Josh understands the challenges and opportunities students face as they discover their own paths. He believes education should help students recognize their God-given gifts and develop the confidence and purpose to use them to serve others and make a meaningful impact.
We are excited to welcome Josh to CCS and look forward to the opportunities he will provide for our students through CCP Business! We are grateful for his heart for education, mentorship, leadership, and helping students pursue excellence while remaining grounded in their faith.
