FIT CLUB BJJ Fit Club BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in the heart of downtown Fairfield, CT. Led by two active black belts. Beginner-friendly. All levels welcome.

A few weeks of Little Ninjas in one carousel. Different days, same crew. Our No-Gi class for ages 3 to 6 is always high energy, and the kids have a lot of fun burning through it. They learn to move, to listen, to take turns, and to get back up.

This batch wraps up on October 14 and 17. The next one starts October 21 and 24, so if your kid has been on the fence, that's the one to jump into! Little Ninjas runs Wednesdays at 4:00 PM and Saturdays at 10:10 AM.

He took the room through ankle lock setups and finishes, breaking down every detail before putting everyone into situational training to work it live. Generous with his time, patient with every question, and clearly enjoying himself the whole way through.

A few reminders before tonight.

Alehander Mariano is on our mats at 6:00 PM. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and check in at the front desk so we can start on time.

Walk-ins are welcome but we can't hold a spot once we're full.

Any gi is fine. Bring water and bring a friend!

And a heads up for anyone who trains Tuesday nights: our regular All Levels Gi class and Open Mat are cancelled tonight.

Open Mat this morning at 11, and four more during the week.

No set curriculum, no drilling schedule. Just time to test that move you've been working on, roll with people you don't usually pair with, or work on the thing you keep getting caught in.

Sundays also come with Professor Q&A, so if something's been bugging you in your game, bring it to the professors directly.

When Professor Marcelo gives you the nod, you know you're doing something right.

Landon held his own, technique on display, and even earned a smile and a dap of approval from Marcelo at the end. He's still a kid. But moments like this remind us why we do what we do. It's a matter of time before we see him really hit his stride.
