We will be reopening tomorrow July 1st. Doors will be open 4-7. When entering the Fit Republic Gym please be considerate and wear your mask. We will be doing registration on classes as we have limited space for our training area. Please call me if you plan on returning! 707-688-7300.

We will be offering 6’ feet apart classes no/ limited contact. focusing on martial art forms, yoga, escrima, fencing. I believe these classes will optimize are ability to have fun, stay fit and safe!

We do have other options for those who want to continue training in full contact Judo,jiujitsu,boxing, and kickboxing arts. We have some great ideas again that will allow us to move forward with this training safely.

Full Spectrum is continuing to hold classes. Our class sizes will be under 10 students or less at a time.

We are focusing on martial art styles and techniques that will be Coronavirus conscious.

We are also scheduling private classes throughout the day if your interested in 1 on 1 instruction anytime between 9am and 7pm.
