The Miracle Math Coaching team had the privilege of spending time with Chef Tom Dickinson and the Culinary Arts Program at Fairfield High School, and what stood out most was this:

Inside the Fairfield Falcon Grill, students are operating a fully functioning commercial kitchen and restaurant — gaining hands-on experience in teamwork, problem-solving, time management, measurement, budgeting, and real-world accountability.

This is Career & Technical Education in action!

Programs like this bridge the gap between classroom learning and career opportunity — helping students discover purpose, confidence, and direction beyond graduation.
