Spirit Camp is coming back this summer 🌿✨

This is one of my favorite programs to teach. It’s a week where children get to slow down, spend time in nature, and explore mindfulness, creativity, and their inner wisdom in a way that feels natural, playful, and grounded.

Throughout the week, we gently introduce:
✨ mindfulness and calming tools
✨ nature connection
✨ creativity and imagination
✨ intuition and energy awareness (in a child-friendly, accessible way)

It’s especially meaningful for kids who are sensitive, creative, or simply need a space where they can be themselves.
