Congratulations to Winters JUSD on the ribbon cutting for the Waggoner Elementary TK Expansion Project, a meaningful investment in early learning and the future of the Winters community.

Funded through Measure W, the project added four new TK classrooms and a dedicated playground. The Waggoner Campus also has a new student drop-off area, expanded parking, improved accessibility and a roof-mounted solar energy system with battery storage to support long-term sustainability.

We are proud to have supported Winters JUSD alongside Studio W Architects, Landmark Constructors, Inc. and JL Modular, Inc.

Congratulations to our Van Pelt team members who recently graduated from Cal State East Bay with their master’s degrees in construction management!

We were proud to celebrate this milestone alongside them, with several members of our team attending commencement to show their support. Moments like this reflect the deep respect, care and connection that define our team, both in and out of the workplace.

This graduation is especially meaningful to us because of Van Pelt’s long-standing history with Cal State East Bay, including our work on the University Library, Student Services Building, Recreation and Wellness Center and Stadium Modernization projects.

We are incredibly proud of our graduates and grateful to be part of their journey. Congratulations on this well earned achievement!
