50 years is a long time for a community orchestra! Plans are underway for a very fun evening to celebrate the Golden Anniversary of the Fairfield County Symphony Society. Join us for a light concert of classical, pops, and light classics. After the one-hour program, enjoy light bites, a fun photo booth, and conversation with the orchestra in a lovely setting at The Granite in Redding.

It was a great afternoon at the Gaelic American Club in Fairfield CT today, speaking to the Fairfield Rotary Club on the changing landscape of higher education. 🎤

We took a deep dive into the three forces at play: Demographics, Dollars, and Data. Between the "demographic cliff," the focus on affordability, and the integration of AI, the roadmap to college is being rewritten in real-time.

Appreciated the thoughtful questions from the Fairfield Rotary members today! 🤝

A happy Friday post. This is why I do this work!

I got a really nice thank-you note from a student I met with yesterday. She came into our meeting clearly stressed out and anxious about all the unknowns, about building her list, about what to major in...just generally feeling overwhelmed and near tears.

She left with a smile.

Today I got this little note that made my day.

"Thank you so much! Yesterday felt super productive, and I feel like I am in a much better place!"

I am back from a four-day tour of seven exceptional colleges in Pennsylvania. The Keystone State is just loaded with amazing colleges and universities!
