Urban Collaborative and Glenna Wright-Gallo (former Assistant Secretary for the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), now at Everway) will co-launch a year-long, for-fee professional learning and district improvement initiative designed to help school systems strengthen inclusive practices, improve outcomes for students with disabilities, and align special education, finance, and student services in ways that support both student success and sustainable budgeting.

If you are a district leader/team who are facing some of the below challenges, this series would be for you:
-Special education and finance teams work from different data and different assumptions, making funding decisions harder to align.
-Staffing decisions are not consistently connected to student outcomes or inclusive education goals.
-Disproportionality efforts lack sustainable funding frameworks that leadership can rely on over time.
-Districts struggle to move from compliance-focused budgeting to strategic resource allocation that is clear to both program and finance leaders.

Fee info:
-Urban Collaborative Members: No cost; included in your membership fee
-Urban Collaborative Non-Members: Per Session-$350; Per district/Full Series-$1395 per district
