Meet our 2025-2026 Orthopedic Resident, Justin Ranalli! After graduating from MCPHS with his doctorate, Justin has joined the SHU team to continue with Residency training. During the next year, Justin will receive advanced education in orthopedics, educate our DPT students in their coursework, and work as a physical therapist at Elevate Physical Therapy in Darien.

A few fun facts about Justin: he’s from Pittsburgh, PA, he’s in the Vermont Army National Guard, and in his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

We are excited to have him as part of the SHU community and to see him grow as a clinician!
