🏆🎄 A Special Award Presentation! 🎄🏆

Yesterday, we were excited to welcome members of the Knights of Columbus to the end of our school Mass to recognize Cali for her incredible accomplishment in last year's “Keep Christ in Christmas” Poster Contest!

Cali was presented with her State of Ohio 6th Grade Division trophy in recognition of her winning poster. What a special moment to celebrate with our entire school community! ❤️

Congratulations again, Cali! We are so proud of your creativity, hard work, and wonderful representation of Sacred Heart of Jesus School! ✨🎄

A special thank you to the Knights of Columbus for joining us to celebrate Cali and for supporting this wonderful tradition of keeping Christ at the center of Christmas! ✝️

✝️❤️ A Special First for Our Kindergarteners! ❤️✝️

Today we celebrated our third school Mass of the year, but it was a very special first for our Kindergarten students as they joined us for Mass for the first time!

Our Kindergarteners had a little extra support as they sat with their 7th grade buddies. We love watching these special relationships grow as our older students help welcome, encourage, and guide our youngest students. 🥰

What a beautiful way to grow together in faith and community! We are so blessed to have our Sacred Heart of Jesus School family together. 🙏

📚 A special thank you to Father Sunberg!

This summer, Father Sunberg traveled to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, as part of his celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary. 🇺🇸

While there, he thought of our students and brought back two books about Gettysburg to add to our school library collection! These books will help our students learn more about this important chapter in our nation’s history.

🌟 Meet Our Student Teacher! 🌟

Today, we are excited to introduce Ms. Morris, who will be joining us this fall as a student teacher at Sacred Heart of Jesus School!

Ms. Morris will be working alongside Mrs. Baum for 5th grade math and Mr. Schaich for 8th grade English and Reading as she continues her journey toward becoming an educator.

A Little About Ms. Morris:
"I am a senior at Miami University studying Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in Mathematics and English Language Arts. I am so excited to be joining the Sacred Heart community this fall! I’ll be working with Mrs. Baum in 5th grade Math and Mr. Schaich in 8th grade English and Reading. I’m looking forward to getting to know all of the students, learning from my cooperating teachers, and gaining more experience in the classroom!”
