Here We Go (Grow) Again at GOIS!!

Today, the GOIS Tiger Family had a little fun with the “How Long Have You Been in Education?” Challenge!

The challenge was simple: tell us how many years you’ve been in education, and that number becomes your “age” for the day! Needless to say, we had some VERY young, mid twenties, and thirty year old new staff members walking the halls today!

Our staff also showed off our “Here We Go (Grow) Again!” shirts as we celebrated growth, teamwork, laughter, and the amazing educators who pour into our scholars every day. What a FUN way to end the week! Unwavering in Our Purpose: Rising for Every Child!

Last week, our counselor, Ms. Winston, and Library Media Specialist, Mrs. Jackson-Jones, welcomed our new scholars to Glen Oaks Intermediate School with a special orientation! They introduced students to our school, shared important information, and helped our newest Tigers feel comfortable and ready for a successful school year.

We are excited to have our new scholars join the Glen Oaks family! Welcome to the Tiger Family!
