Happy National School Instructional Coaches Day to the incredible leaders who help our Glen Oaks Intermediate School tigers grow! 💜💛‼️

Today we celebrate our Reading Specialist and Math coach, on how you work alongside teachers, study the data, plan meaningful support, and help turn instructional goals into daily practice. Most of all, you believe in what our scholars can achieve.

Thank you for the coaching, encouragement, and care you bring to our school every day. We appreciate you! 🐯🐯

We are incredibly proud of our GOIS teachers! Shoutout to Mrs. McBride, 5th Grade and the Ms. Smith 3rd Grade Team! Despite challenges and changes, they continue to rise to the occasion and remain committed to teaching and learning. This team is truly exceptional! 💜💛

At Glen Oaks Intermediate School, we believe meetings should be more than information-sharing, they should be opportunities for learning, reflection, collaboration, and action.

Our faculty professional development meetings are intentionally designed to use data, student work, instructional practices, and staff voice to identify what is working, determine what needs to change, and strengthen our collective impact on student success. Meaningful meetings. Purposeful learning. Collective action. School improvement.

Together, we continue to grow, reflect, and ROAR for every scholar!
