Suzy assists you to identify your dreams and to design strategies to achieve them. Individuals or groups can benefit from having more of what they love in life. A coach can help accelerate your success in the areas that matter most to you i.e. health, relationships, career/volunteer creative expression, time and money freedom. Suzy has Masters degrees in Social Work, Counseling & Guidance, plus a

Bachelor degree in Recreation & Youth Leadership. Professional positions included support coordinator, case manager and supervisor serving people with special needs. She provided therapy, co-lead support groups, trained camp counselors, directed camp programs and supervised a candy crew. Leadership skills were developed in collaboration, advocacy, education, coordination and initiative. Suzy mentored staff, peers and interns. Her pilot "Grief Group" program was presented at a state professional conference and "Diverse Worth" was given at a county diversity conference. Outstanding service awards were received. Volunteer experience was gained as a coach, speaker, teacher, trainer, leader, photographer and counselor. Support group leadership was given to women in transition, parents, young single mothers, and parents in a homeless shelter. She served a religious mission in Chile. Suzy consulted with congregations about social services. Internships were completed in group homes serving those with mental illness and intellectual disabilities, crisis hotline and non-profit groups. Andersen uses techniques i.e. photos, analogies, stories, humor, role play, time machine. Peak Dreams Life Coach LLC offers individual, group and organization coaching. Most coaching is done electronically to optimize time, productivity and flexibility for you. Short speeches, keynotes, Lunch and Learns, short or long workshops are offered along with custom options. These are done in person. Everyone feels "stuck" sometimes and can change that with structured supports. Suzy was trained to deliver a time tested and proven system created by Mary Morrissey at Life Mastery Institute.
