What an AWESOME first day of the O6 Afterschool program. Our theme this year is “Adventure Begins: Passport to Success.” Students extended their learning beyond the traditional day as they worked in groups to explore new interests, develop leadership skills, set attainable goals for 26-27 school year, and explore careers. Students received their “passport” and completed preparation activities before they take “flight” aboard Flight AFMS 2026. Join us on our journey through pictures as we explore, learn, create, and achieve student success. Students and staff ended the day with a cool, refreshing treat… ice pops.

Good afternoon Tiger families and community members. We have had a great week of teaching and learning. This week’s spotlight is on our business education/coding class and our 6th grade science class. Students were engaged in hands-on activities which provided opportunities for student discourse and reflections. Great job Mr. Cooper and Mr. Haughton.
