🌟 Supporting Teens & Young Adults with ADHD

At Cabush, Paul & Associates, we understand that living with ADHD can bring real challenges — from focus and organization to emotional regulation and self-confidence. That’s why our therapy is tailored to help neurodivergent teens and young adults thrive.

✅ What We Offer:
• Evidence-based approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) combined with mindfulness to build self-awareness and reduce impulsivity.
• Family support — helping parents understand and support their child’s ADHD in a strengths-based way.
• Non-traditional therapy, including art therapy, which is especially helpful for redirecting energy and improving focus.
• Small, therapeutic friendship groups, so young people can connect with peers and build social and emotional skills.
