We are proud to introduce the Draymond Washington Innovator Book Award, established through a generous gift made during our 2026 Forty Under 40 Gala 💚

A 2014 graduate of George Mason University and former varsity soccer standout, Draymond Washington has continued to lead with vision and impact. From playing professionally with the Tampa Bay Rowdies—contributing to a USL National Championship—to founding and leading Three Cities Social, a thriving Chicago-based social club with 400+ members, his journey reflects true innovation and leadership.

Because of this generosity, a deserving student will now receive support through this named book award, continuing the cycle of excellence and opportunity.
