AFYP provides actors of all ages with professional-level training in a supportive and fun environment.
Through AFYP's training, we hope to help our actors develop skills that will serve them in all walks of life, on stage and off. Our faculty is made up of working professionals in the industry – actors, directors and teaching artists who are constantly honing their skills through their creative endeavors and bringing those skills back to share with our students. The deadline to audition for Musical Theater Cabaret is quickly approaching! Submit 1 audition video (3 minutes total) performing 16-32 measures of a musical theater song that best demonstrates ability and is age and range appropriate. This program is for actors ages 13-18!

Students are divided into five age-appropriate groups at Summer Acting Camp. Each has their own acting class that focuses on age-appropriate performance skills, as well as styles related to the theme. Young actors will develop skills and an incredibly wide variety of acting styles, methods, theories, and techniques from AFYP instructors. All of our actors will participate in the final presentation, shared for a live audience of family and friends on Friday!
