OSCAR, the Office of Student Scholarship Creative Activities and Research, is the home of Students as Scholars initiative at George Mason University.

Come stop by anytime from 8:30am-5pm, M-F. We're located on the second floor of the Johnson Center, Room 246. We can help students with finding mentors, applying for funds to support their research or scholarly project, presenting their scholarly work at meetings and conferences. Faculty can learn about inquiry-based teaching methods, Scholarship Development Grant funding for undergraduate curriculum and project development, and finding student collaborators.
