We are having a great conference at ALER! Seth gave a fabulous Laureate award talk, and then our own Leslie La Croix won this year’s Laureate award! Dr. Julie Kidd, Mason emerita, won the AB Herr award as well. And this year’s Sturtevant Award went to an excellent ALER Yearbook paper. Mason is well represented!

It's a fantastic fall weekend- today we will host a free workshop at the Fairfax City Library at 2:30. Come "fall" into reading with us!

Come see us at the Fairfax Fall Festival today! We are set up outside Old Town Hall with Fall for the Book ready to talk books while kids make bookmarks.
