The Department of Education was honored to host Dr. Nada Dabbagh on campus on April 15. Dr. Dabbagh, a professor and Division Director at George Mason University in the United States, has contributed significantly to the field of instructional design and learning technologies. Many of her theoretical frameworks are featured in our Master's program in Instructional Design. Our students were thrilled to meet her in person. Video created by Olga Sarkis.

Graduating Student Spotlight 📣 🌟 🎓 Ibrahim Al-kenani is graduating from the Learning Technologies in Schools Program with an MS in Curriculum and Instruction. After graduation, Ibrahim plans to pursue a PhD in Education specializing in learning technology design research. He hopes to delve deeper into research, expand his expertise, and contribute to the field of learning technologies. His advice for incoming students? “Welcome to an amazing journey! Be open to learning, experimenting, and collaborating. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. This is where the magic happens. Reflect often and celebrate your progress.
