Robinson Secondary School Wrestling

There have been several dominant wrestlers in the history of Robinson Secondary School Wrestling. One of them was 1987 state champion George Mills. I am sorry to inform, but George passed away on September 10. He had a troubled life, but I will always remember him as an incredible athlete who could compete with anyone in the nation. There will be a service for him on November 1st at 11 AM at Knollwood Community Church (10000 Coffer Woods, Burke, VA 22015)

Been a great run with these two studs! Caden and Tristin finished the season as VHSL class six state champions. Tristin finished as a three time champ and Caden with his second championship.

Found this gem today from the Pittsburgh Classic from 1981. This event pitted the top wrestlers in the country against each other. Love to see Robert DeProspero making Robinson and NOVA look good!

Great Saturday for the Rams… Caden Smith earns his 100th career win at the Beast of the East, Troy Kang, Jacob Lauby and Kade Moreland win the Cav Classic and the team finishes 2nd and Sammie Gray and Mia Galindo’s win the Culpeper Women’s All-Girls championship!!!
