We’re excited to announce NEW evening striking classes with Noah Jung every Monday & Wednesday at 7pm. All levels welcome.

A few updates to the schedule:
• Monday & Wednesday 7pm Fundamentals classes are canceled
• 11am striking classes are canceled
• Evening striking classes will now take place Mondays & Wednesdays at 7pm

When we started blacksheep we never thought it would become what it is today. It was more or less just a club in a storage closet. The part that feels most special is how many people are still around from the early days. We are forever grateful for the work everyone puts in and the love everyone has for the gym. It’s a special place and it would not be what it is without all of us appreciating it and adding to it day in and day out. To all who have been a part of what black sheep has become, thank you, we love you. Here is to our first decade and we look forward to what’s in store for the next decade.

We’ll kick it off like any Saturday with training starting at 10am.

Post training, will be serving complimentary sliders. They’ll also have a cooler of ground beef to sell (it’s really good meat). 🥩

🥋The seminar focus is on lasso guard and building your game from there. Luana will show her lasso system including sweeps, back take and submissions. Show up in your Gi for the seminar with the option for open rolls after the material has been shown.

🎟️The cost to attend is donation based.

All funds raised for attendance will go towards all of Luana’s expenses for Pan Ams - taking place in Kissimmee, Florida later this month.
