Imagine if a solid one-on-one pep talk between you and a mirror could be as effective as an 8 oz. can of Redbull. Better yet, what if it was MORE effective? Scientists are analyzing the power of self motivation- both it’s strengths and it’s challenges.

Personally, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the results; and, maybe, I’ll do an analysis of my own the next time I’m in front of the mirror.
