💭 Are you leading as your authentic self – or as the version of yourself you think others expect?

“Cover” isn’t just something found in spy movies. We all develop ways of presenting ourselves to the world that can protect us, help us fit in, or make us feel safer. But what happens when the cover becomes so familiar that we forget what’s underneath it?

🔎 In our free webinar on Wednesday, October 7, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. – “Everyone Lives a Cover: The Impact on Authentic Living and Leading, and When and Why to Drop Cover” you can explore:
• What “cover” really means
• Why we use it
• When it serves us – and when it may hold us back
• How greater authenticity can deepen our impact as leaders and coaches

The workshop also introduces practical tools that can help you gain insight into yourself and the people you coach or lead. If you’re committed to more meaningful conversations, more authentic leadership, and greater personal impact, this is a conversation worth having.
