Mindfulness is essential to your well-being. Allowing time to connect to yourself, as you are, in the moment, creates a space to analyze your needs and thoughts in a more conscious way. Learning how to do this can seem daunting, or downright impossible, but there are many ways you can start the journey to building mindfulness into your daily routine!

In her 2022 TedTalk, Audrey Ledbetter explains the two main ingredients for kindness are empathy and vulnerability. We have to both feel for the person AND take the risk of taking action for others. Ledbetter asserts that many people are apprehensive when receiving random acts of kindness because they may be suspicious of motives from the person trying to help. One way we can combat this suspicion is doing more random acts of kindness! Taking on more of that vulnerability reduces the potency of vulnerability over time.

Be the reason people are willing to accept kindness!😊❤️
