Welcome to Fitness February! For the during of this month, make it your goal to move more to combat sitting in front of the screen. Join us for a 28 Day Challenge involving body weight movements with the first week pictured! Get up and get moving whether that is the 28 Day Challenge, going for a walk/jog, rock climbing, or whatever your heart desires.

Tuesday, October 10th, 9pm
Join us for our annual Jazz/Blues night, held at the historic Antone's Nightclub. The Peacemakers are playing a free show starting at 10pm, so get there early for seats.
Happy Hour and Alumni Night @ HandleBar
Thursday, October 12th, 7-9pm
We've reserved the rooftop of the HandleBar, a hip cocktail and beer bar for our annual happy hour. Meeting up with alumni is always a highlight of HFES, and we'd love to see you there.
