We are in the middle of summer camp at LFCS: Follow Jesus Here, There, Everywhere! So far, it's been a blast!

We thank God for His goodness and love for each of our pre-K4 and kindergarten graduates! They’ve come a long way during these important early years of their education! Congratulations!

Thank you, LFCS parents, for making Teacher Appreciation Week special for all the teachers and staff last week! We’re grateful for the many ways that you expressed your love and appreciation!

We also ended last week with Muffins with Mom! We thank God for all of the wonderful moms at LFCS! We hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day!

We had a wonderful Easter Concert celebrating the glorious resurrection of our Lord! The children did a great job during the performance. Thank you to our wonderful Ms. Zaki for your hard work to prepare all of the children and to Ms. Sonia for the beautiful and meaningful stage props.

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us...

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. -Romans 5: 8, 10

Students enjoyed having some special visitors from the farm this week! They had a wonderful time interacting with the animals and enjoyed seeing all the intricate details on the animals that God created. They also participated in an Easter egg hunt at school and have been learning about the true meaning of Easter and life through Christ.

We had a fun visit from Mother Goose last Friday! Students volunteered to dress up and play a role in children's stories!

Today's Valentine's Day exchange. Students decorated their bags and enjoyed giving cards and little gifts to their friends.

We had an exciting school spirit week with many students who participated! It was fun to see all of the themed outfits each day! We ended last week with ice cream for the whole school!

LFCS is inviting all parents of K4 and up to attend our Elementary Interest Meeting this Tuesday at 6:30 PM in the school Gym. We can't wait to share about our special program. You will also get the chance to meet the teachers and learn more about the classroom, curriculum, schedule, assessments, and more!

This week we experienced the joy of giving through the participation in Operation Christmas Child mission! Our students were able to pack and send 100 shoe boxes this year to share the love of Christ with children in need around the world! It was such a huge blessing!
