We were pleased to welcome Simona Perone, PhD, from Sapienza Università di Roma as a visiting faculty member in the Department of Health Administration and Policy.

Perone presented “Health, Sustainability, and Emerging Technologies: A Pact for the Future – Rethinking Care in the Age of AI and Blockchain.”

Congratulations to Mahlet Wondwosen, graduating MHA student, on her acceptance as an Administrative Fellow at Jefferson Hospital beginning June 1. We celebrate her achievement and leadership in one of Philadelphia’s premier health systems.

Students from the MHA program had the opportunity to visit the High-Reliability Operations Center (H-ROC) at Inova, guided by Dr. Terri Davis — H-ROC Director and proud GMU alumnus. This engaging experience was part of coursework for Strategic Planning & Marketing (HAP 705) and Leadership and Organizational Behavior (HAP 621).
