Exploring Trauma Through the Lens of Grief and Embodied Presence
Trauma is often seen through the lens of survival — but not often enough as a form of loss. In this experiential, two-hour online workshop, we’ll gently explore the often-unspoken grief that accompanies trauma: the loss of safety, trust, identity, and connection.
Through guided reflection, compassionate listening, and simple somatic practices, we’ll create space to honor what’s been lost — and begin to restore relationship with what remains.
This space is for:
• Anyone carrying trauma and seeking a more compassionate, grief-informed understanding of their experience
• Practitioners, caregivers, and therapists wanting to integrate a grief lens into trauma work
You don’t need to “be ready” — only willing to listen inward, breathe gently, and let your body speak.
