We are happy to announce 2 more tour opportunities for those interested in the Bothin program at Heartwood Charter School for the current year or for the 2023-24 school year.

Enrollment Process:
1. Fill out the Intent to Enroll, linked above
2. Enrollment applications must be complete before acceptance can be provided for the 2023-24 school year
3. Returning families and new siblings (those who completed their applications or filled out the intent to enroll on or before January 22, 2023) are provided spots in the classes, then those who are transitioning from the Homeschool Program. 3rd tier is open enrollment.
4. Grades 1-8 are on a first come first serve basis based on when the intent to enroll was filled out
5. Grades 1 and 2 will have a waitlist based on how many returning students we have currently enrolled. You will be notified if your child is on the waitlist within the next 2 weeks (after we have finished reviewing applications).
6. Spots in classes are only provided to those with complete applications, please make sure you complete the entire application
7. For those who are applying to the TK/Kindergarten classes
*We are accepting a total of 18 kids per class, there will be 2 classes
*In each class, there will be 10 kindergarten students and 8 TK students in each class
*The lottery for all open enrollment spots will be on February 16, 2023
*Only those with completed applications will be entered into the lottery
*If spots open up after the lottery it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis

Dear Prospective Heartwood Parents,

Thank you so much to those who were able to attend the Open House this past Sunday, it was a truly wonderful event and we were so pleased to meet everyone. For those of you who were unable to attend, please use the link (https://forms.gle/t7vmkP35uBaBDU7J6) to sign up for an upcoming tour. Enrollment is now open for the Bothin Waldorf Program at Heartwood Charter School, a California public school. If you would like to enroll in this program (enrollment for the Homeschool program will open February 15, 2022) then please click here (https://forms.gle/Tvxy8AW5GHfxu1XXA) and fill out the Intent to Enroll. This is the first step in the process, you will receive additional communication on how to complete the enrollment application later in the month.

Should the number of prospective new students exceed our capacities, we will hold a lottery on Tuesday, March 1st for a spot in our TK, kindergarten, and first grade Waldorf-Inspired classes at the Bothin Waldorf Program. Places in our other grades classes will be assigned based on the time the intent to enroll is received until the class is full.

We will also be hosting tours Wed, Feb 9th at 9 am and Tue, Feb 15th at 10:45 am to allow parents to have another opportunity to see the campus and talk with Stephanie, our director, about the program.
