A total farm experience today at ChiCeLaCu Tysons! Campers, farmers, cowgirls and cowboys had loads of fun collecting eggs from the chicken coup, milking some cows, shearing a few sheep, playing some fun games and shopping at our very own farmer’s market! Such creative and fantastic work by ChiCeLaCu teachers and helpers, as always!!

It’s a wrap, folks! ChiCeLaCu officially ends academic year 2023-24 with this darling end-of-year celebration and preschool graduation at the ChiCeLaCu Preschool Tysons Safari Adventure Park! Dads were treated to special songs, presents, and treats and the entire family basked on the simply charming efforts of our youngest zookeepers and the graduating zoologists.😉🎓 We thank the entire ChiCeLaCu teaching and administrative staff for a magnificent job this year. Thank YOU families and see you in the fall!!

Our Story
Located in the City of Fairfax, The Children’s Center for Language & Culture (ChiCeLaCu!) is a language immersion center providing in-person and online classes. Established in 2007, ChiCeLaCu! was the first Spanish Immersion Center in Northern Virginia.
Overview: At ChiCeLaCu! students learn Spanish by fusing the arts with traditional classroom learning. Not only do students learn to speak, read and write in Spanish, they also gain an appreciation for the various Latin American cultures and the many other cultures represented in our Center.
Description: ChiCeLaCu! offers Spanish for preschoolers, Spanish After School, Spanish Saturday School and tutoring. We also bring our services to public and private schools in the area. As of 2020, ChiCeLaCu! is also offering a variety of Spanish online courses.
We follow a fun, highly-effective, long-term, curriculum, which is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure the highest quality of services In. Classroom sizes for in-person as well as online are kept small to allow teachers to provide a more personal and individualized teaching approach. Our teachers are all native speakers and trained educators with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in education.
Learning another language takes time and dedication. The benefits are limitless! Our goal is for our students to become proficient in Spanish in a period of about 4 years. To this end, a long term commitment is needed from students and their families.
