When life moves so quickly, it can be difficult to take a moment to see how far we truly have come. This is just a glimpse of all that our members have accomplished this semester. From presentations, defenses, assistantships and collaborations, throughout disciplines BGSA has made our presence known around campus. Today we honor the legacy of a man who was truly for the people. Dr. King, Jr. understood that his dream was bigger than himself, and devoted his life to promoting peace, justice, and equality for all mankind. Although we are still working towards Dr. King's dream, it is days like today that emphasize the importance of uplifting our communities, making space for one another, and being a reflection of what love truly looks like. Dr. King, we thank you for your service and we hope that you are resting in paradise.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our annual Friendsgiving event! We enjoyed taking a moment to spend time with our BGSA community to eat well & laugh fully. Special thank you to Della J's for catering, we truly were in for a treat!
