George Mason University Army ROTC commissioned the Army’s newest Second Lieutenants on Sunday, celebrating years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Cadets received their commissioning certificates and took the Oath of Office by Acting Chief of Staff of the Army, GEN Christopher C. LaNeve.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026 on this incredible achievement and the beginning of their careers as Army officers.

Lab 15: The last lab of the 2025-2026 school year consisted of awarding and recognizing the great achievements of our cadets. Cadets who were recognized were, those who recently contracted, those who completed the Norwegian Foot March, Drill and Colorguard, and Ranger Challenge. We also said goodbye to a few of our beloved cadre members who are leaving the Patriot Battalion. Without you, none of this would’ve been possible. Thank you all for what you’ve done and congratulations to everyone who was recognized!
