Families can now apply for Free & Reduced-Price Meal Benefits for the upcoming school year.

We’re excited to announce our final Monthly Special of the school year!

On Tuesday, May 5, elementary schools that currently participate in our hot lunch program will be serving a festive meal in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.

• Refried Beans
• Vegetables

Please note: Monthly specials feature one hot entrée option. All meals continue to follow standard pricing and include required components.
As always, alternative meals will be available for students with documented food allergies.

Monthly Elementary Special: Celebrating Holi

Fairbanks Nutrition Services is excited to celebrate Holi, the Festival of Colors—a holiday observed in India and Nepal that marks the arrival of spring and symbolizes light, renewal, and joy.

On April 6th, elementary students will be offered a special meal:
🍽️ Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice

Known for its warm flavor and vibrant color, this dish is a favorite in our secondary schools, and we’re excited to share it with elementary students. To add to the celebration, students are invited to bring in bright, colorful artwork to help decorate our kitchens!

Please note: Monthly specials feature one hot entrée option. All meals continue to follow standard pricing and include required components.
