Our Story
SAO (Student Activities Office) is in charge of providing students at UAF fun & educational activities. Our main events are the Bust-A-Gut Comedy Show, movie nights, themed bowling, and of course we cannot forget the Nanook Traditions (Starvation Gulch, Winter Carnival, Spring Fest, and The Alaska Native Arts Festival)!
Though the above are the main events we provide on campus, we try to provide the student body with a variety of activities that reach out to all students. So if you ever have an awesome idea for an event stop by our office in the Wood Center. We look forward to seeing you all!
