The NAPTA is the standard–bearer of the PTEC curriculum. The NAPTA audits PTEC degree programs in North America and endorses those that meet its criteria.

Local high school students spent the first two weeks of their summer vacation here at the Process Tech facility and completed PRT 101. Ten days, eight hours a day and they are running a full-scale process simulator today as part of their final.

Today first year students are in the labs. For most of them this is the first time they are in the building. One student who works in the mining industry was able to bring a sample of raw gold in to show his classmates. There are great conversations taking place in the building today.
