Monroe Foundation, Inc Monroe Foundation, Inc. is a 501 c(3) non-profit organization (Tax ID #93-0747034). Tuition is set at a lower rate to attract more families to the schools.

Its sole purpose is to support and advance the goals and programs of the Catholic Schools of Fairbanks. Each year the Foundation must raise almost $1,200,000 to cover the difference between the tuition charged and the actual cost of education. More families mean more students, and more students create greater diversity. We fundraise through our annual HIPOW Auction, Fr. Francis McGuigan Annual Appeal and other events.
