Shipping to an APO address? Post Office rules are changing regarding filling out customs forms. Starting this month, handwritten customs forms are no longer accepted. Instead, fill out a customs form online, otherwise a clerk will help you in person.

Customers can go online to fill out and print the correct form at home or fill it out at computer-equipped kiosks that will be available at the military post offices

Customers will be required to use PS Form 2976-R, USPS Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note.
