The Fairbanks Community Museum is a museum with a focus on our COMMUNITY here in town fondly known as "the 'Banks." . Donations happily accepted.

WELCOME TO THE FAIRBANKS COMMUNITY/DOG MUSHING MUSEUM
LEARN ABOUT FAIRBANKS IN WINTER, THE KLONDIKE GOLD RUSH, THE FLOOD OF '67, AND THE ALASKA STATE SPORT, DOG MUSHING! Our current exhibits are about "Our Life in Winter,"The Great Flood of '67," and Early Fairbanks. Our permanent exhibit is the full collection of the former Dog Mushing Museum, including historic dog sleds. We are open year 'round, and admission is free! We are also open by appointment, so please call for further information.
