Yes !I have learn to lean into my quirkiness 😜. I embrace my loud squeaky high pitch voice, my silly unique laugh, my positive look on things, my love for adventure, my excitement for doing new things, and the fact that I can laugh at just about anything 🤣, which all can be irrigating to some.🤨

So first I had to fall in love with myself before I could starting writing my own story and took the pen 🖋️ out of other hand. ✍️

I had to fist love myself before I could not let what others think of me in order follow my heart.❤️❤️

Fall really in love 😍with "you" and it will be easy to step out of the box 📦you have allowed others to put you in.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.

When I feel that way I look at what one small thing can I change? What one area can I put my focus?

For example, I wanted to increase my endurance. I just focused on walking more consistently and used my phone to track my steps. And there you have it, just that small change made all the difference for me. I even loss a few pounds.

What area do you feel stuck in? What small change can you make that may make all the difference? you will be surprised how small of a change you can make that will move you to a higher level.
